Milica Dukić

Member

Born in 1989 in Kraljevo, she graduated from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in Painting, earning her Master’s Degrees in Painting and Drawing. Since 2014, she has been a member of SULUV as well as part of the team of the Shock CooperativeGallery. She has had 13 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 70 group art projects in the country and abroad. In her practice, she explores new approaches to techniques of connections.

Adrienn Újházi

Member

Adrienn Újházi (1995, Novi Sad) completed her BA in 2018 and her MA in 2020 at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Department of painting. As of 2021, she is an independent artist. She explores the interdisciplinary territory between art, science and technology (ASTS), shedding light on the relationship between man and nature. In her work, Újhazi uses a range of artistic media including photography, installation, video, audio, painting and sculpture with living cultural forms, in order to explore concepts concerning society’s relationship with the natural environment. She is a member of Šok ZaDruga in Novi Sad, ReAktor Citizens’ Association and Union of Associations of Fine Artists of Vojvodina.

Jelena Sredanović

Member

Born in 1982 in Novi Sad, she graduated in 2005 from the Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad, class of Prof. Zoran Todović, where she also received her Master’s Degree in 2009. She completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 2016, where she was mentored by Prof. Biljana Vuković. She has had a number of solo and group exhibitions in the country and abroad, winning several awards for her artistic work, including the “Iskra kulture” Award of the Institute of Culture of Vojvodina in 2015. She works at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad at the Department of Print-making as an assistant professor. She is a member of SULUV (since 2006) and the Graphic Collective (since 2008).

Ana Vrtačnik

Member

Born in 1991 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, she graduated in Painting from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, going on to earn her Master’s Degree. She is currently a final year PhD student at the same Academy, where she is researching the use of biomimetic forms and natural soft materials through the forms of painting, sculpture and installation. She has had numerous solo and group exhibitions, collaborations and publications with various artists, curators, institutions and galleries around the world (China, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, the United States, Canada, Spain…).

Goran Despotovski

Born in 1972 in Vršac, he graduated from the College of Fine and Applied Arts in Belgrade (1995), going on to complete his undergraduate academic studies (1999), earning his Master’s Degree in Painting (2003), and acquiring the title of Doctor of Arts – Fine Arts (2018) from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. He is employed at the same Academy (since 2004). He was elected to the position of the Full Professor for the Artistic Field of Painting in 2019. He is the president of the Union of Associations of Fine Artists of Vojvodina (since 2017). He has had sixty-one solo and a number of group exhibitions in the country and abroad. He is the author and organiser of the projects within the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad: Differences(2005-2019), Painting (2011-2019), Book (2016), etc.

Andrea Palašti

Member

Born in 1984, she is a visual artist and lecturer from Novi Sad. Her work transcends artistic, curatorial and pedagogical boundaries, focusing on the issues of cultural geography, history and everyday life, experimenting with photography, videos and illustrated lectures. Her practice is often based on collaboration with other artists (collectives, students, curators, journalists, scientists) and/or historians. She is a member of the Shock Gallery Artistic Council. She is currently working as an associate professor of Art Elements at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, linking her collaborative art research projects with educational strategies.

Mladen Stojanović

Member

Born on 23 March 1993 in Novi Sad, he graduated from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad (2016), where he earned his Master’s Degree in Painting (2017) and the title of Doctor of Arts – Fine Arts (2021) under the mentorship of Prof. Goran Despotovski. He works for the Serbian National Theatre in the technical and stage design department. He has been a member of SULUV since 2016 and is a member of the SULUV Artistic Council.

Nemanja Milenković

Member

Born in 1996 in Novi Sad, he graduated from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad (2019), going on to earn his Master’s Degree (2021), the Department of Painting, class of Professor Dragan Matić. Since 2021, he has been employed as an expert associate in the Department of Painting at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. He has presented his work in 13 solo exhibitions, and has participated in over 30 group exhibitions in the country and abroad. He is the winner of several recognitions and awards, among which is the Annual Award of the Department of Fine Arts for the most successful artistic work in the art discipline PAINTING(2019). He is a participant in the project COMMONS: Imagining the Institution of the Future within the Goethe Institute in Belgrade. He is a member of SULUV and the Shock Cooperative, within which he edits the fine art programme. In his work, he primarily investigates the relationship between humans and animals in modern society, examining the space of collective identity, i.e., the identity of an individual.

Bojan Novaković

Member

Born in 1979 in Šabac. He graduated in painting in 2002 at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Master’s degree in painting in 2005 at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Doctorate in Fine Arts at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in 2018. He is employed as an assistant professor at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. He is a member of SULUV and ULUS. Participated in over 100 collective exhibitions in Serbia, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Taiwan, Slovenia. So far, he has realized 35 independent exhibitions in Serbia (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Šabac, Vranje, Apatin, Paraćin, Kragujevac, Užice, Smederevska Palanka, Pančevo). Participant in several international art colonies and art projects in Serbia and the region. He is the winner of several awards for painting and drawing.
